Amy Dallis brings over a decade of healthcare and leadership experience to HCOM. Most recently, she served as Director of Human Resources for Mount Pleasant Retirement Village in Monroe, Ohio. She has also served the Springfield Masonic Community and the Kettering Health Network and is a Senior Professional in Human Resources. Dallis is co-owner, with husband Tom, of a media production company and is mother of one daughter, Carissa.
Mary Ellen Broadstone Gaeke, M.D.
Medical Director
Dr. Mary Ellen Broadstone Gaeke is the Medical Director of Hospice Care of Middletown. Dr. Gaeke trained at the University of Chicago in Hematology and Oncology. She has been a Middletown resident and active in hospice in Middletown for thirty years. She is on active staff at Atrium Medical Center.
